RAJENDRA INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE (RIESW)

The non-profit RIESW- RAJENDRA INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE (राजेंद्र शिक्षा एवंसमाज कल्याण संस्थान) was founded in 1973 and is committed to improving marginalized communities, especially those that are disadvantaged. It has been devoted to social welfare and has been working nonstop to make society better.

The NGO, which has its administrative office in Patna and registered office in Sitamarhi, was honored with National Awards in 1991 for its all-encompassing strategy of bringing about social transformation.

In collaboration with renowned programs like PMKVY, BSDM, MNSY, NULM, NSDC NDLM, NRLM, NULM, etc., RIESW has been conducting a number of initiatives in the areas of elementary to higher education, child education, women empowerment, health care, and skill development training/vocational training. Other initiatives include the National Integration Program/Culture Ageing, environmental interventions, and community participation.

Reputable for its work in social welfare and education, RIESW offers training in a variety of fields in Bihar and Jharkhand. Prestigious organizations such as the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM), Agriculture Sector Skill Council (ASCI), have officially recognized it as a training partner.
